Paula Helena

Paula Helena is a Costa Rican actress based in Los Angeles. She graduated in 2019 from the Film and TV program at the Latin American University of Science and Technology and earned her MFA in Acting from the Stella Adler Art of Acting Conservatory in 2021. Paula has performed in several Shakespearean and contemporary shows and has experience in screen acting, directing, and dancing.
